Group Financial Accountant – Fully Remote – 47k
Castlefield are working with a NW based housing association in order to recruit a Group Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in the production and audit of the year end financial statements for all group companies, and be the lead for the implementation of projects relating to financial accounts. They have fully remote working arrangements in place.
Role:
Delivering the preparation and delivery of the Groups external financial reporting
Responsibilities;
- To effectively manage the production of monthly and annual reporting
- Producing statutory accounts and act as key liaison with external audit.
- Preparing of monthly cash flow forecasts
- Produce Value for Money reporting and analysis with a view to identifying cost efficiencies Seeking to deliver continuous improvement in the delivery of financial operations
- Managing the preparation and submission of tax returns
Person:
The successful Group Accountant will be:
- CCAB/CIMA qualification is essential
- Experience within social housing would be preferred but not essential
- Availability to start immediately would be preferred
