Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator to join a family-owned business with over 50 years of industry experience. It is a leader in the South West in land regeneration solutions, material management services, and the supply of recycled and quarried aggregates.
This is a permanent position, the salary £28,000 per annum and is located in Hallen, South Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
- Handling any queries from subcontractors, confirming with the operations manager and reissuing POs if required
- Chasing sub contractors for outstanding tickets
- Assisting with processing of daily work tickets
- Issuing purchase orders through Sage
- Actioning credits received and approving invoices
Key Skills and Experience of an Administrator:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy is required
- Experience with using Excel including an understanding of basic Excel formulas is required
- You should be trustworthy and capable of dealing with sensitive and restricted information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
