Accounts Administrator

We are please to be working with an interesting business based in Witney that are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to develop in a supportive environment, offering £29,000.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase invoices and entering onto the SAP system
  • Processing sales invoices and uploading to the SAP system
  • Maintaining the SAP supplier and customer databases to ensure they are up to date
  • Credit control - monitoring and chasing
  • Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving queries
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Responding to requests and queries
  • Ad hoc tasks

What they're looking for:

  • Previous experience working within a finance function
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctual completion of month end tasks
  • Experience with SAP would be an advantage but is not essential
