Project Administration Coordinator - 12 to 15 month fixed term contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administration Coordinator ideally with knowledge of IR35 regulations to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our client's external workforce. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance, manage worker records, and streamline processes.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm, there maybe some flexibility with hours if required. An onsite role based near Moulton Park Industrial Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage worker requests and maintain databases
- Ensure compliance with IR35 legislation.
- Liaise with various departments internally regarding inductions and access.
- Conduct monthly workforce audits and produce reports.
- Handle internal and external queries.
- Issue confidential documents.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of IR35 regulations would be hugely beneficial.
- A solid administration background
