Salary:
£13:50 - £15:00 Depending on Experience
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7am – 4pm and Friday 7am-1pm
Annual holiday:
22 days plus statutory bank holidays.
The Role:
- To manufacture a high quality product by setting and operating Doosan Fanuc 0i controlled CNC
- lathes.
- Working within a safe environment by ensuring all company procedures and health & safety
- legislation is followed at all times.
- Upholding company values.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience with use of Fanuc controls is essential.
- Manufacturing processes of special fasteners.
- Use of 2 Axis Lathes (any experience setting/operating milling machines advantageous)
- Use of Bar Fed and Chucking Lathes.
- Product inspection experience and the use of gauges and measuring equipment.
- Fitting and Boring of soft Jaws.
- Change tips and move offsets
- Ability to operate more than one machine.
- A team player.
- Organised, focused and able to apply a high level of detail to your work
