Your new role
- Managing Bank Transactions: Posting and preparing bank transactions across multiple currency accounts
- Reconciliations: Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate ledger balances
- Purchase Invoices: Processing and following up on supplier queries to ensure timely payment
- Business Analysis: Preparing analysis reports for damaged goods and managing purchase orders (POs)
- Accounts Payable (AP) Duties: Supporting day-to-day AP tasks, tracking payments, and reconciling bank statements
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Finance Software: Proficiency in finance packages and intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy in processing transactions and reconciling accounts
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to take ownership of tasks and solve problems efficiently
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams
