Are you an experienced HR Advisor who has previously worked in the Education sector?
Do you like the idea of working in a challenging HR role where you will be given the opportunity to work in a flexible environment?
My client who is in the Education sector, is proud of their history, are in the process of acquiring additional schools, so they are now looking to expand their HR team.
This is a full-time position but there is some flexibility on start and finish times and the opportunity for some hybrid working - 1-2 days working from home each week.
You will also require a car and driving license because you will be travelling to local schools for 1-2 days each week.
- The HR Advisor will be working as part of an established HR team, working closely with the HR Director.
- There will be some Case Management involved, but not on a high volume basis.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the Single Central Register and ensuring that it's audited on a regular basis.
- Building relationships with school colleagues and the management team.
- The HR Advisor will also be overseeing and implementing policies, procedures and processes.
- Overseeing absence management and sitting in with the panel on interviews.
- Due to travelling to the local schools 1-2 days each week you will need a vehicle (costs will be covered).
- As you will be working in the Education sector an existing Enhanced DBS would be an advantage but it isn't essential as one will be completed if you are successful.
