Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative business lessons across KS3 and KS4, catering to a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Inspire students to develop a passion for business and economics, preparing them for future academic and career success.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and high achievement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to help guide their development.
- Contribute to the development of the business curriculum and work closely with colleagues to share best practices.
- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support student progress.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Business or Economics, along with qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of education.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
