Description

  • Coordinate financial transactions and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities.
  • Review collection reports to ascertain the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
  • Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to maintain accurate records and improve overall efficiency.
  • Contribute to the attainment of specific department goals and adherence to set timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organisational information.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and current best practices in manufacturing finance.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A relevant qualification in Accounting & Finance.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
