My client is a boutique property investment company and they are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support their busy transaction team for a 12 month maternity contract. This is a key administrative role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a flexible, can-do attitude. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the team.
What you'll do:
- Diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for the Transaction Team
- Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and filing systems
- Supporting the team with due diligence and transaction documentation
- Monitoring inboxes and assisting with general correspondence
- Assisting with team expenses and invoice processing
- General administrative support and ad hoc duties as needed
Who you are:
- At least 2 years' previous experience in a team assistant/PA role (property or financial services experience is a plus but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Get stuck in and hit the ground running
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
