Fee Earner - CILEx / Solicitor / Senior Paralegal
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading national law firm, who are now seeking a dedicated Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Case Handler to enrich their Claimant Personal Injury team. This full-time, permanent role offers a blend of office presence and the flexibility of home working, requiring only one day a week at the Bristol office.
Imagine a role where your expertise in managing a diverse array of Fast Track, Intermediate, and Multi-Track cases is not just valued but pivotal to the firm's success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with service standards, engaging in effective communication with clients, mentoring trainee case handlers, and contributing to weekly meetings. Moreover, your presence will be influential at networking events, aiding in the firm's business development, alongside managing administrative tasks.
Candidates with a history of autonomously overseeing their own caseload, particularly those with experience in LVI/Fraud claims, will find themselves at an advantage. Mastery in all litigation facets, especially Multi-Track cases from inception to trial, is essential. Proficiency in computer literacy and self-sufficient typing skills are prerequisites for this role.
