In this role, you'll not only handle fee-earning responsibilities but also provide guidance and supervision to junior team members. While secretarial and paralegal support is available, proficiency in managing matters from start to finish is essential. You'll also undertake team management duties and provide cover for annual leave when necessary. Despite the seniority, there are ample opportunities for career progression within the firm.
Your caseload will involve complex matters with multi-million-pound values, including shared ownership, transfer of equity, and intricate leasehold claims. Experience with both leasehold and freehold properties, as well as registered and unregistered titles, will be advantageous.
