As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaborating with the manager to establish and expand the branch's dominant market share for both on-market and under-offer properties.
- Generating top-tier marketing materials, encompassing captivating photographs, compelling descriptions, and effective web marketing strategies.
- Delivering unparalleled customer service consistently to foster commendations and referrals.
- Assuming the role of the primary contact in the absence of the manager to sustain the branch's ongoing success.
- Assisting the manager in optimizing the office's structure and organization.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess prior experience in lettings within the real estate industry, coupled with a demonstrable track record of success in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in-person, to cultivate robust professional relationships.

Basic salary with commission OTE up to £45,000
