We are looking to hire an experienced Business Support Administrator for a high growth client within the technology sector.
Role: Support Administrator
Salary: £22k - £25k D.O.E + Profit related bonus
Location: Glasgow - Hillington (Close to train station & Free parking)
Hours: Full time perm role Mon - Friday

The Role
The role is to provide Business Administration Support to the business.
Some duties involved with the role are:
- Managing paperwork and electronic document accurately.
- Programme and schedule work for on-site operatives
- Electronic document organisation through excel/google sheets
- Liaise with clients when required to obtain work orders or missing documents
- Assist with call handling and other general admin duties
- Prepare health and safety reports for site works advised by managers
- Deal with expense claims and pass to finance
- Send relevant documentation to clients
The right person:
- Experienced in business administration
- Experienced and competent in MS Office packages especially Excel/google sheets.

Package
Up to £25K basic salary depending on experience, Career Progression, Excellent Benefits including pension.
