Lynx Recruitment are working with an energy technology business near Bath to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer.
They're looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team and contribute to the development of advanced downhole logging and well-intervention instrumentation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct mechanical design projects
- Develop cost-effective design solutions
- Create and test prototypes
- Manage engineering changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering design environment
- Expertise in engineering materials and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
