Job Description:
Title - Business Support Admin
Hours - 35 hours per week
Pay rate - £12.60 per hour
Contract - 6 Months
Location - L3 9SJ, Liverpool (likely to be on site 5 days a week)
Purpose of Role
To provide support to the DLM Technical Unit areas by delivering an efficient service, ensuring all required task and activities are undertaken in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
Adhere to all Business Support processes and procedures to ensure Business Delivery & Financial Performance:
Including:
- Accurately sort and screen all incoming new claims distributed to the relevant team / handler within service level agreements.
- Reassign new and existing claims on all case management system as required.
- Use all communication mediums to progress and update claims as required, including but not limited to telephony / text message / on-line portals
- Set up new exposures within Claim Centre and all other case management systems as required.
- Review post to categorise and assign as appropriate.
- Identify and flag any immediate activity that is causing any detrimental risk or cost to the business.
- Maintain an even handler work balance across the department.
- To contribute to continuous improvement for your team and department.
- Use initiative to track work performance and volumes as required.
- Consider alternative ways of working and make recommendations / suggestions as appropriate.
- Run reports and analyse data
- Any other reasonable request as the role develops and evolves.
