We are an SME business in the midst of an exhilarating growth spurt, expanding through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Finance Manager to join our vibrant team and make a significant impact on our success story.

?? Influence & Impact: As our first in-house Finance Manager, you'll work directly with the Managing Director, playing a crucial role in financial analysis, investment strategies, and acquisitions.

?? Collaborative Environment: Partner with our dynamic sales and service teams to drive financial performance and business growth.

?? Hands-On Experience: Initially, you'll be the sole finance professional, managing credit control, purchase ledger, sales ledger, and all aspects of finance. However, the future looks bright! With their continued growth, they'll be looking to expand the finance team within the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.

?? Management Accounting: Oversee monthly management accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.

?? Investment & Acquisitions: Play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities and managing acquisition processes.

?? Hands-On Financial Management: Handle credit control, purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations, ensuring smooth financial operations.

?? Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

? Experience: Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a growth-oriented business.

? Skills: Strong management accounting skills, expertise in financial analysis, and a keen eye for detail.
