Functional Consultant MS Dynamics CE / CRM - UK-based - £50,000 - £65,000
Looking to work in a training-heavy work environment which privileges continued learning and Dynamics training? I'm working with a leading cloud-consultancy who employ 150+ members of staff UK wide from their East-Midlands central hub. After a period of continued growth, they are looking to onboard an additional two MS Dynamics CE consultants to join their two core teams. The teams are split into delivery and customer services, working on both new Greenfield D365 CE implementations and process improvements on brownfield projects, adding functionality and enhancements.
As a member of their D365 CE Functional team, you'll be working specifically with end users within the manufacturing and product-orientated spaces, helping to scope out functional requirements and turn these into tangible, data-driven results. You'll be working with an array of SME clients UK-wide, so having experience with SME over enterprise-sized clients will be essential to drive business results.
Key day-to-day activities will include:
Customisation, configuration, project deployment
Conducting client workshops and developing design documents
User acceptance testing with new features and development
Key skills required:
Proven track record of D365 CE / CRM implementations (ideally with SMEs in Manufacturing or product)
Good understanding of customer service, sales, field service modules
End-to-end functional life-cycle implementation experience
Strong documentation skills
