My client is an established Not for Profit organisation that is looking for a HR Assistant to join the team.
This role will require the Interim HR Assistant to deal with a variety of HR Administration. This includes Recruitment Administration, for example co-ordinating interviews, co-ordinating interview feedback, placing adverts. Alongside this you will be helping with the onboarding and induction of new recruits. Dealing with first line HR queries, liasing with stakeholders both internally and externally, taking minutes and notes in meetings. This HR Assistant will also deal with some payroll administration, as well as assisting with the probation process and providing monthly HR reports.
This HR Assistant will be required to work in their North London Office 3 times a week and 2 days will be at home.
To be considered for this HR Assistant role you must hold good HR administration / HR Coordination experience. For this HR Administrator role you must be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and really want the opportunity to prove themselves, as well as be computer savvy.
