  • *Annual Salary**: £24,606.40 - £26,582.00 FTE + £1,500 Welcome Bonus

  • *Hours**: 20 hours per week (2-week rota pattern, including potential weekends) - Overtime available

  • *About the Role**:

Join a dedicated team at a supported living facility in Westbury Park, making a tangible impact on the lives of vulnerable adults. This facility provides a homely environment for young adults aged 19+ with severe and complex learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist residents with all aspects of supported living, including personal care.
  • Engage in a variety of learning, development, and social activities such as arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips, and social events.
  • Work 1:1 with residents, allowing you to tailor their day according to their preferences and needs, promoting independence and helping them thrive.
  • *Rota Patterns Available**:
  • *Position 1 - 20 hrs**
  • Week 1: Monday 8-2, Saturday 8-8
  • Week 2: Monday 8-2, Tuesday 8-8, Wednesday 8-12
  • *Position 2 - 20 hrs**
  • Week 1: Monday 8-4, Saturday 8-8
  • Week 2: Tuesday 8-8, Wednesday 8-12, Sunday 4-8
  • *Position 3 - 20 hrs**
  • Week 1: Monday 9-5, Friday 8-8
  • Week 2: Monday 8-8,
