My client is in search of a competent Assistant Practice Manager to support their Practice Manager in managing the operations of a solicitors practice.
The ideal candidate should possess a background in HR, financial management, and, preferably, the legal sector.
Candidates must be highly organised, capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively, proactive, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Practice
- Handling all aspects of HR (recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals)
- Monthly payroll
- VAT returns
