Hexagon Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Fleet Workshop Assistant to join the Transport Department.
Details:
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay: £12.38 per hour
Location: Mochdre
Start Date: Immediate
Job Purpose:
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the fleet workshop and vehicles.
- Support the upkeep of the workshop and store areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance duties as directed.
- Support drivers in checking and maintaining vehicles.
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Wash vehicles for service/inspection and keep the wash bay clean.
- Keep the yard, plant-shop, and workshop areas tidy.
- Assist technicians with various tasks.
- Deliver and collect vehicle parts and vehicles.
- Maintain internal stock within the workshop.
- Undergo continuous training and assessments.
- Maintain flexibility to meet service requirements.
