We are currently working with an aerospace manufacturer in Southend-on-Sea who are looking to hire a Quality Inspector.
This is a full time permanent position with an early finish on Fridays!
Responsibilities:
- Using a range of measuring equipment including micrometres, verniers, co-ordinate measuring machines and faro arms to inspect parts and assemblies
- Complete formal First Article inspections
- Complete component and assembly testing
- Processing non-conformance documentation
Skills & Experience required:
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Experience working within an engineering environment
- Proficient on IT systems, including MS Office and SAP (desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
