Temporary Events Assistant x 4
Join the dynamic and exciting world of fashion as an Event Assistant! We are currently seeking 4 passionate individuals to join our client's team in Guildford on a temporary basis.
You will need to be available for the below 3 days:
Tuesday 18th June, Wednesday 19th June and Thursday 20th June
- Hours 9am to 5pm
- £11.44 ph
- Free Parking
- Free teeshirt
As an Event Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team covering these 3 days, supporting with the planning and execution of a fashion event. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the industry and work alongside a talented and creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with event set-up, including arranging displays and decorations
- Unloading merchandise
- Providing excellent customer service to attendees
- Assisting with event logistics
- Ensuring smooth running of events by troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Helping with post-event activities, such as packing up and debriefing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis
