Their Role: As the Nursery Manager at their East Sheen nursery, you will:

  • Provide professional leadership and management for the nursery and its team.
  • Successfully oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of care and education for all children.
  • Be responsible for maintaining clear and accurate records.

Essentials

  • Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Safer Recruitment Training

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience of working in a Nursery/Preschool setting within a senior role
  • Excellent knowledge of the current Early Years Inspection Framework
  • Thorough Knowledge of and appreciation for child safeguarding and Welfare
  • Strong understanding of health and safety and practical hygiene issues
