As the German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will work in a varied role which will involve front line customer service and order entry. You will work in a fun supportive team in Central London and resolve b2b customer orders involving bespoke furniture items.

Description

As the German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be be:

  • Responding to customers over email and the phone in German
  • Using SAP to perform order entries
  • Ask customers questions to qualify their tickets and help reach a resolution
  • Investigate the customer history and product to help problem solve customer queries
  • Liaise with other teams around the organisation to move tickets forward
  • Develop customer relationships on large repeat accounts

Profile

To be successful in applying to this global furniture business, you should have:

  • Fluent level ability in German and English
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential
