To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with over three years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel with experience in creating financial forecasts

- Improve and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with stakeholders to align with the organisation's strategic direction
- Conduct P&L and business review meetings
- Develop the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring comprehensive financial performance reports, budget comparisons, and relevant KPIs across the organisation
- Generate comprehensive variance analysis for all group reporting needs, including thorough analysis and commentary on team and cost center results
