Our client who is the leading supplier in their industry and have experienced impressive growth within the last few years are currently recruiting for an organised individual to enhance their small and friendly team as an eCommerce Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis from their offices based in Tewkesbury.

Responsibilities:
- To support the Sales Managers in setting up of customer accounts
- Analyse retailer reports, provide feedback and advise Account Managers as required
- To monitor on the retailer's website content, product placement and category
- Organise and accurately manage customer profiles & internal price lists
- Implement company marketing initiatives, making sure retailer advertising is up to date and the internal system is updated with new product info, images and content
- To complete website audits for retailers and action and implement any updates
- Research and gain an understanding of retailer web portals
- Build relationships with online retailers via phone, video calls & email
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of direct online retailer accounts and research new opportunities
Candidate Attributes:
- Previous experience in an office environment
- IT literate with good Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Have excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
