Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the supply chain department in all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tracking inventory levels and ensuring accuracy of data
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Process purchase orders and invoices
Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
Assist in forecasting demand and identifying potential supply chain issues
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in supply chain administration or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
This is a permanent part-time position, with 24 hours spread over 4 days. The hourly rate is £12.50.
