Lettings Lister - Valuer
To 35k with uncapped commission, gurantee to 45k can be considered.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 1 Saturday per month.
Our client is a Sales and Lettings business that provides a one-stop solution for landlords looking for a hands-off, hassle-free experience. They look after every need of the property, with a dedicated manager on call to provide rapid responses to every maintenance issue, and an accountable point of contact between owner and tenant.
They currently require a Lettings Lister.
The ideal Lister/Valuer will be proactive, driven and personable with an excellent track record bringing property to market, gaining and winning new instructions and helping to drive a the business forward. You will also have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and spot business opportunities. You need to be able to work independently as well as being part of a successful team.

Responsibilities of the Lettings Lister,
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords to win new instructions
- Conduct market research and analyse rental trends to determine competitive pricing
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the lettings process
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements of the Lettings Lister:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of lettings regulations and legal requirements
- Reapit experience an advantage
