Role: Loan Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000, dependent on experience
OA are working with a well-established business based in Stevenage, seeking an experienced Administrator with high accuracy and attention to detail skills, to join the team

Duties of an Administrator:
- Collect and collate data from incoming customer / product specialist enquiries
- Process incoming loan requests
- Schedule loan items to utilise available assets efficiently
- Raise disputes with customers in relation to missing or damaged items
- Liaise with the workshop team to arrange repair of damaged items and agree upon schedule
- Process invoices
- Manage spare part stock
- Maintain control of all assets in field, full traceability of lend cycle and outstanding items pending responses from customers.

- Previous experience as an administrator
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised and process driven
- Ability to multi-task
- Available to start ASAP
