Our client a very reputable who are well known in their sector are seeking a Legal Cashier to join their team. You will be an integral part of the business responsible for ensuring that the billing across the business on both the receivables and payable side is well organized and up to date.

Day to day may include:

  • Credit Control via email, telephone, and letter
  • Purchase ledger - processing and reconciling
  • Direct debit management
  • Producing billing reports
  • Dealing with any client enquiries
  • Statement and journal management

We are looking for someone with:

  • Ideally at least 2 years' experience in a similar billings' role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pride in their organizational abilities
  • Able to work both in a team and independently with the ability to prioritise their own workload
  • Brilliant attention to detail
  • VAT knowledge would be advantageous
  • This role could be suitable for someone with prior experience in a Legal Cashier role or within a fast-paced billings/accounts role.
