Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Location: Solihull

Hours: Full Time

Description:

A professional and positive multi-tasker is required to undertake office administration tasks to support the team whilst providing excellent business to business customer service.

Excellent attention to detail is required as this role involves administration duties, reconciliation of payments and processing payments/statements etc.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls and assisting with general enquiries
  • Making outbound calls as necessary
  • Accurately processing, creating and recording invoices when requested
  • Updating internal systems
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks within the office

Experience Required:

  • Experience in an administration role
  • IT literate and competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Team player and flexible
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised with the ability to manage time particularly when working under time pressures
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £24,000 - £26,000 plus excellent benefits.
