A COINS Support Analyst is required to join a leading, specialist construction company, based close to Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. The company is a key player in developing and maintaining Britain's built environment and operates in highly regulated environments, making sites ready for new infrastructures and developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a COINS Support Analyst to play a key part in the support and delivery of software applications to a dynamic company. This is a hybrid role, requiring the person to be in the office two or three days a week. He or she can work on those days, out of either the Surrey or London offices.
Job Content of the COINS Support Analyst
- 1st Line Support via Service Desk
- Escalating & logging tickets with Access Group (COINS)
- Creation of new users for COINS and Expenses
- Update and maintain document forms
- Creation and maintenance on function access groups
- Maintenance of Security (contracts, draft certificates, stock locations)
- Review processes with individual departments and production of training guides
- Maintenance of users in workflows
- Organising of testing and installation for fixes/service packs & version upgrades
