Junior BREEAM Assessor

This is an opportunity for a Junior BREEAM Assessor to join a multidisciplined Sustainability Consultancy based in London. The successful candidate will join the BREEAM division of the company and be exposed to numerous BREEAM projects across various sectors of the industry.
Junior BREEAM Assessor will be responsible for:
- Carrying out BREEAM Assessments from Project inception to completion
- Assist with BREEAM projects and ensure successful delivery within tight deadlines
- Produce general sustainability reports and strategies for clients to minimise their projects environmental impact
- The role is primarily BREEAM focused however there will be opportunities to expand to Whole Life Carbon and Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick software
The ideal Junior BREEAM Assessor will have:
- A relevant bachelor's or master's within a Sustainability or Environmental Science field
- A minimum of 1 years' experience within a Sustainability or BREEAM role, having experience delivering BREEAM assessments
- A BREEAM qualification would be beneficial
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
