Salary: £35,000-£42,000
NonStop's client, based in the Cambridgeshire, is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their small independent fostering agency.

- **Small caseload-**around 6 carers to start and capping at 10
- Stability
- **Supportive management style-**they want you to deliver the best care possible and know that required support from management and administration
- No Form F's-only be required to complete one if you have a caseload around 4-5
- **Less travel-**carers are all within 1hr-1.5hrs of the office
Responsibilities:
- Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
- Provide support and advise for foster carers
- Manage a case of around 6 carers in the Cambridgeshire area
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
- Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally at least 2 years
