- Partnering with the buying team to ensure optimal stock levels and the right product mix
- Making key decisions on product placement, store layout, and stock
- Driving store performance and customer satisfaction
- Preparing the team for a major refurbishment, which will expand the selling space by 20% and introduce new luxury brands

You'll bring strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail or hospitality, with a passion for delivering results through people. While specific product experience is not essential, you'll need to demonstrate:
