Based in Wrexham, an opportunity has arisen to join an established and internationally renowned manufacturing company on a permanent basis.
Performance Objectives
- Identify potential new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking
- Maintain effective partnerships with customers and subsidiaries
- Carry out competitor analysis to increase business competitiveness
- Collate and analyse commercial information to assist in the completion of financial proposals
- Investigating and identifying emerging markets
- Conducting feasibility studies for innovations to drive business growth
- Creating and maintaining social media campaigns
- Develop and maintain the company presentation
- Checking invoices for accuracy
- Preparing customer samples for evaluation
- Maintain customers price lists through timely updates to ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the Business Development Manager and deputise in their absence
Person Specification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or a related field would be highly advantageous
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department
- Good oral and written communication skills, good at presentations and communicating at all levels within the organisation
- Outstanding project management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude and able to work on own initiative
- Creative, resourceful, innovative and able to work individually or in a team dynamic to develop new ideas
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and some familiarity with SAP would be a plus
