iO Associates are proud to partner with one of the UK's largest defence companies in the search for a SHE Manager to join their site in Cheshire.

As the SHE Manager, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on all SHE matters relating to the site.
Main responsibilities:
- Opportunity to be responsible for all health, safety and environmental matters at the site.
- Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring strategic SHE objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with legal and UK SHE requirements. This will include COMAH Regulations.
- Investigate and report incidents.
- Provide reports and data interpretation on site SHE performance to the company.
- Ensure compliance with ISO certifications such as ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001.
You will need:
- A degree in Health & Safety or equivalent qualification (NEBOSH)
- Familiarity with COMAH regulations
- Experience leading, supporting and enhancing business performance
- Experience working within a defence environment (desirable)
- Track record working within a high-volume manufacturer.
