Our client works alongside clients and customers and performs works for insurance claims and specific projects. The Administrator will work alongside Project Managers to ensure all clients, and policyholders/third parties are kept fully informed throughout the repair process and the system is always kept updated. This role would suit an administrator early in their career who thrives in a busy office working as part of a small team.
Duties
- Keep clients and policyholders/third parties up to date of the status of works
- Explain the project and repair process and ensure the customer/policyholder/third party are aware to contact us in the first instance with any concerns or queries, keep them apprised of any delays or issues
- Work with trades and project teams to co-ordinate and schedule works
- Order required materials and manage deliveries to enable a project, claim or remedial to be completed without delay
- Keep CRM system updated at all times
- Provide required documentation to accounts to enable invoicing to be completed.
- Send out required satisfaction survey information to satisfied customers

Salary and Benefits
