: 36.25 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including every second weekend on a rota basis)

Duties
:
- Engage customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
- Deliver best-in-class service to our customers through great interactions and effective delivery.
- Use initiative and quick thinking to solve issues.
- Proactively identify any possible improvements to team processes.
- Meet internal service level KPIs.
- Support team members and store teams as required.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player, working considerately with others.
- Customer obsessed.
- Calm, focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering the right experience for our customers.
- First-class written, editing, and communication skills.
