Production Team Leader - Manufacturing Team Leader - Electrical - Cannock
Are you a Team Leader / Shift Supervisor who would like to have a 4 day working week? Working Monday - Thursday days only!
Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Cannock area for a Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Team Leader within the electrical manufacturing sector. This role would suit someone with extensive team leading / shift supervising experience within a manufacturing environment, electrical manufacturing would be ideal but isn't essential.
This company have an excellent working environment with the building being light, bright and clean. You would be joining a 6 strong Team Leading team and you would be responsible for 15 - 30 staff in your section. The company have a total workforce of around 200 but they still have a family friendly feel to it, where everyone is known by name and you even get your birthday off!
As Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Team Leader you will be:
- Driving continuous improvement activities through SQCDP
- Building relationships with your assigned customers.
- Keeping customers updated on any timescales or issues.
- Ensuring Health and Safety measures are adhered to.
- Dealing with any quality concerns.
- Recording downtime and finding ways to limit it.
- Rewarding team performance.
- Highlighting any areas of coaching the need addressing.
- Monitoring absence.
- Leading by example.
- Other duties as required.
The working hours for this Production Team Leader / Electrical Manufacturing Team Leader's role are excellent:
Mon - Thurs 7am - 5pm
