What You'll Do:
- Champion SEN: Manage complex SEN cases with finesse, ensuring every child receives the support they deserve.
- Collaborate & Advocate: Work closely with families, schools, and other agencies to develop and implement Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up to date with legislative changes and best practices in the SEND landscape.
What We Need:
- Experience: Extensive background in SEND Case Management within a Local Authority.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
