Description
- Lead and develop the finance department to ensure effective financial management and control.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports for senior management.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Support the senior management team in strategic decision making.
- Manage and reduce operational and production costs.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management.
Profile
- A professional qualification in (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Team management experience.
- Strong analytic skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
