Award winning Insurance company with modern offices in Haywards Heath are looking to recruit 12 x Customer Service Execs for their Policy Review Team.
- £23,400 start salary, increasing to £25,437
- Office Hours - 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working after completing initial training/probation

The role will involve assessing new policies which have been flagged by the anti-fraud system, speaking with the policyholder, and make a judgement call on whether the policy needs amending or cancelling. Full training will be provided - we are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, preferably gained in a contact centre environment.
