Job Title: Trainee Administrator
Location: Colnbrook, Berkshire
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Training: Full training provided – no prior experience required

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations and service teams
- Assist with data entry, document management, and record keeping
- Help coordinate vehicle bookings and service schedules
- Respond to customer and supplier queries via phone and email
- Prepare and send out proforma invoices and follow up as needed
- Support with reporting, filing, and general office duties
- Contribute to team projects and assist colleagues as required
What We're Looking For

- IT Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
