We're seeking a motivated and organised Junior Marketing Administrator to support our clients practice. You'll play a key role in a variety of marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with their team and external partners.
What you'll do:
- Update marketing materials and team information for different practice groups
- Assist the digital team with video and podcast production (liaising with suppliers and teams)
- Coordinate firm photography and profiles (scheduling photographers, managing photo library, website updates)
- Support the Events Manager with event preparation and execution, eventually taking ownership of smaller events
- Attend relevant seminars and industry events
- Upload press releases and articles to the firm website
- Maintain employee profiles on the website
- Manage social media content for Twitter and LinkedIn
- Compile content and manage e-newsletters (People in Focus, Delivering Development, Insolvency, Litigation)
- Provide general support for other marketing projects and events
- Liaise with external vendors
You're a great fit if you:
- Have up to 1 year of marketing experience (business-to-business experience a plus)
- Possess a basic understanding of online and traditional marketing techniques
- Thrive in a team environment while also being comfortable working independently
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the company
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a common-sense approach
- Embrace a flexible work style and go the extra mile
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have good keyboarding skills
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Question current practices and seek improvements
- Take pride in your work and meet deadlines effectively
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
