The Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Media Executive to manage our brand's presence across social media and traditional marketing channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's visibility, driving growth, and coordinating key promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement, creating and scheduling content across platforms
  • Advertising and Promotions: Design and execute campaigns using digital and traditional media, collaborating on promotional activities to drive growth
  • Content Creation: Produce consistent, high-quality content for print and digital platforms, including newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials
  • Market Research: Analyse trends, customer needs, and competitors to shape marketing strategies
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, managing logistics and promotions
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with teams and partners, providing updates on marketing activities and performance
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports and suggesting improvements

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing/media experience, ideally within the electrical industry
  • Proven expertise in social media and traditional advertising
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in social media tools and marketing software
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative and proactive, with a passion for industry trends and best practices
