B2B & Public Sector PR Account Manager - Senior Account Manager

My client is an Award Winning East Lancashire based PR agency, which has an exciting opportunity for a PR Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their friendly and progressive team!

The agency works on a great mix of engineering, aerospace, public sector, charities and schoolclients. It's more than a job - it's a way of thinking, a lifestyle, a family.

They are a team of gifted storytellers who create work with real purpose by solving the challenges that our clients are facing. They partner with a range of organisations from aerospace, advanced manufacturers and tech businesses to healthcare and public sector teams.

They are looking for someone who shares their passion for doing things differently in B2B and public sector PR.

You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships as a day-to-day contact, managing account teams and delivering strategic media, digital, social media and stakeholder activity to create impact across our portfolio of B2B and public sector clients.

They believe that happy, healthy teams are more creative and productive — and that equals happier clients.

?What they are looking for:

  • 3 - 5 years PR agency or in-house experience
  • A flair for creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
  • A genuine interest in working in B2B and the public sector
  • High level of communication skills - presentation, verbal and written
  • Outstanding organisational / project management skills with an ability to plan and manage multiple projects and accounts.
  • Adept at generating engaging and high-quality content including: press releases, blogs, thought leadership pieces, eBooks, web site copy, social media content etc
  • An eye for a good story and a passion for media relations
  • Strong experience in using different social media channels
  • Experience in reporting to determine client impact
