Key Responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 with a solicitor to provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Opening files and managing client care letters.
- Conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and ID checks.
- Drafting documents and dealing with legal packs.
- Managing exchanges and completions.
- Handling invoicing and diary management.
- Performing general secretarial duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the legal sector.
- Expertise in conveyancing processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
